Booking a flight has two parts that are easy to confuse: finding the fare, and owning the ticket. Plenty of websites do the first well. The second — the name correction, the schedule change, the refund that has to be chased — is where it matters who sold it to you.

How do I receive my ticket?
By email, as soon as it is issued. It also stays on the booking, which you can open again with the reference and your email address.
What if a name on the ticket is wrong?
Contact the desk straight away. Some airlines allow a small correction for a fee and a few allow none at all, which is why the passport spelling matters before you pay.
Can I change or cancel the ticket?
That depends on the fare’s own rules, which are shown before you book. Our refunds page explains how a refund is worked out and how long it takes to reach you.
Why did the price change after I chose a flight?
Airlines reprice seats constantly. When the fare moves between your search and your choice, the new price is shown before you pay — you are never charged a figure you did not see.
