Every agency in the Emirates calls itself the best, and none of them can show you that. What we can show you is what “best” ought to mean when your money and your passport are involved — and let you check each part of it against us.
Al Jazira Travels & Tourism opened in Deira in 1999. Since then it has become a member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the General Sales Agent for Mahan Air, and the ticketing desk behind around 300 smaller agencies across the UAE. None of that makes a ticket cheaper on its own. It does mean we will still be here when your flight changes.
Five questions to ask any agency
Put them to us first. If an agency cannot answer one of these plainly, that is the answer.
Is there an office you can walk into?
Our answer:Ours is Shop 16, Centurion Star Tower B, Port Saeed, Deira — open every day from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, no appointment needed.
Is the company licensed and registered for VAT?
Our answer:Our legal name, AL JAZIRA TRAVELS & TOURISM L.L.C., and our tax registration number, 100070115900003, are printed on every invoice we issue.
Do you see the whole price before you pay?
Our answer:Every fare on this site is split into the airline’s fare and each tax, in dirhams, before the payment step. Nothing is added after it.
Who answers when something goes wrong?
Our answer:A person, by phone, on WhatsApp or at the counter — in English, Arabic, Tagalog, Farsi, Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam.
Will they tell you what they cannot do?
Our answer:If a route, a visa or a fare is not open to you, we say so before you have spent anything. One phone call will test that.

Are you the best travel agency in the UAE?
Nobody can measure that honestly, so we do not claim it. What we can claim is checkable: trading since 1999, a member of the Dubai Chamber, an office you can visit, and the full price before you pay. Judge us on those.
Is it cheaper to book through an agency than with the airline?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. An agency sees fares from several sources at once; on other days the airline’s own site is the same price. We show you the whole fare either way, so the comparison is yours to make.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest and find the booking again with its reference and your email address.
Which languages does the desk speak?
English, Arabic, Tagalog, Farsi, Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam, every day from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
