Iran is the market this agency knows best. Travel between the Emirates and Iran is what we sell most of, and as General Sales Agent for Mahan Air we deal with the airline directly rather than through somebody else’s allocation.

That matters on a route where the practical questions — which Tehran airport, what the baggage allowance really is, what happens when a schedule moves — decide whether the trip goes smoothly. The desk answers them in Farsi, Arabic or English.

Why people book Iran with us

Mahan Air’s GSA in Dubai

Tickets issued directly, and reissued directly when the airline moves a flight.

Iranian airlines in one search

Mahan Air and other Iranian carriers are searched alongside the rest, so their fares sit side by side.

Both Tehran airports

Most international flights use Imam Khomeini (IKA); some Gulf flights use Mehrabad (THR). Know which before you arrange a pick-up.

From three UAE airports

Tehran from Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi — and Mashhad and Shiraz from Dubai.

Farsi at the desk

One of seven languages spoken at the counter, every day from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

Before you book an Iran flight

  1. 1

    Check the passport

Entry requirements depend on your nationality and are set by the authorities, not by us. Check the official source for yours first.

  2. 2

    Pick the right airport

Imam Khomeini or Mehrabad for Tehran; Mashhad and Shiraz have one each. The flight card says which.

  3. 3

    Read the baggage line

Allowances differ between airlines and fares on this route more than most. It is shown before you choose.

  4. 4

    Book, then keep the reference

If the airline moves the flight, the reference is how the desk finds your booking and reissues it.

Questions we get asked

Can you arrange a visa for Iran?

We process UAE visas ourselves. For entry to other countries we work through partner agencies and will tell you plainly which of the two you are getting. Whether you need a visa for Iran depends on your nationality — the official source is the answer.

Which Tehran airport should I fly to?

Whichever your flight uses — they are about an hour apart by road. Most international services use Imam Khomeini (IKA); some flights from the Gulf use Mehrabad (THR). Each has its own route page here.

Can I book onward from Tehran?

Yes. We also sell flights out of Tehran — to Istanbul, Beijing, Bangkok, Guangzhou and Moscow among others.

Do you take payment in dirhams?

Yes. Prices on this site are in UAE dirhams, with every tax shown before you pay.

Planning a trip to Iran?

Tell us the city, the dates and who is travelling. We will come back with the flights, the airport and the baggage on each — in Farsi if you prefer.
