A General Sales Agent sells an airline’s tickets on its behalf in a market. For Mahan Air in Dubai, that is us. It means the ticket you buy here is issued by the airline’s own agent, and when the flight changes it is reissued by the same people.
You can book Mahan Air on this site like any other airline — live fares, card payment in dirhams, the e-ticket by email — or come to our office in Centurion Star Tower B, Port Saeed, and book across the desk.

Questions we get asked
Are you Mahan Air’s office in Dubai?
We are its General Sales Agent: an independent travel agency appointed to sell and service the airline’s tickets in this market. Mahan Air is a separate company.
Can you change a Mahan Air ticket I bought elsewhere?
Bring or send us the ticket details and we will tell you what can be done. Usually the agency that issued a ticket handles its changes, but we can explain your options.
Which Mahan Air routes can I book on this site?
Search any route and the Mahan Air flights on it appear in the results. Our route pages cover Tehran, Mashhad and Shiraz from the UAE, and the flights back.
Do travel agencies book Mahan Air through you?
Yes. Around 300 sub-agencies across the UAE issue tickets through our desk, Mahan Air among them. The agency page explains how that works.
