India is one of the longest-served corridors at this desk. Since 1999 a large share of the people at our counter have been flying home, flying family in, or flying back for a wedding at a week’s notice.
What they want is rarely complicated: a fair price, the right baggage, and somebody who answers in their own language when a flight moves. That is what the desk is set up for.

Can I book a ticket for a relative travelling from India?
Yes. Search with the Indian city as the origin, enter the passenger’s name exactly as in their passport, and pay from here.
How much baggage can I take?
It depends on the airline and the fare, and on this corridor it varies a lot. The allowance is shown on each fare before you choose it.
When should I book for Diwali or the summer holidays?
As soon as your dates are fixed. The cheaper seats on peak dates go first, and they do not come back closer to the day.
Can I speak to someone in Malayalam?
Yes — Malayalam, Hindi and Urdu are all spoken at the desk. Call or WhatsApp us any day from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
