A good part of the Iran tickets we sell go the other way: a son in Dubai bringing his parents over, a family flying a grandmother in for a wedding. The traveller is in Iran; the person paying is here.
That works simply on this site. Search from the Iranian city to the UAE, enter the traveller’s name exactly as in their passport, pay by card in dirhams, and the e-ticket is emailed to whoever you choose — them, you, or both.

Can I pay in Dubai for a ticket from Tehran?
Yes. Search from Tehran to the UAE, enter your relative as the passenger, and pay by card in dirhams.
Does my relative need a UAE visa?
That depends on their nationality and is decided by the UAE authorities. Ask the desk before you book; we will tell you what applies and what we can arrange.
How does my relative receive the ticket?
By email, to whichever address you give at booking. It also stays on the booking, so we can resend it.
Can I book a return for them too?
Yes — book the round trip from Iran, or a one-way now and the return once their plans are settled.
Bringing family over?
Send their city, the dates and who is coming. We will check entry, find the flights and tell you the whole price.
