Ours is in Centurion Star Tower B, shop 16, in Port Saeed — Deira’s business district, on the creek side of the city. Walk in without an appointment, or call ahead and we will have your options ready when you arrive.

We are open seven days a week, 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Gulf time. No appointment is needed.

The passport of everyone travelling, or a clear copy of each. Names are ticketed exactly as they appear there.

The ticket is issued at the desk and sent to your email — the same booking you can manage on this site afterwards.

Where exactly is the office?
Shop 16, Centurion Star Tower B, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai. The contact page has a map link that opens straight to it.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any day between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM. If your trip has a lot of moving parts, a call or a WhatsApp message beforehand saves you waiting while we search.
Can I book online instead of coming in?
Yes. Everything starts the same way on this site: live fares, card payment, and the e-ticket by email. The booking reaches the same desk.
Do you serve customers outside Dubai?
Yes — from Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates, by phone, WhatsApp and this site. There is one office, and it is in Deira.
